You are invited to study with BAYAN Pacific Northwest at the
Philippine Society & Revolution Paaralan (People’s School)!

We will walk through the rich history of the Philippines, its colonial past, its people’s uprisings, examine the former presidencies and trade agreements that continue to impact society today, and the people’s aspirations for national democracy!

The topics and discussions will be facilitated by chapters of ANAKBAYAN and GABRIELA Seattle/Portland.

Light breakfast & lunch provided

GABRIELA Seattle is a member of GABRIELA-USA, an overseas chapter of GABRIELA Philippines. GABRIELA-USA is an organization working to advance the struggle of women in the overall movement for national liberation and genuine democracy in the Philippines.
